Donner Center has rooms available to rent for many activities including receptions, pitch-ins, dances, parties, seminars, classes, etc. Room rentals are subject to 7% sales tax. Please call (812) 376-2680 for fees and details on reserving a room at the center.

If photos are taken of participants in a class, during a special event or at the city's parks, they are for Park and Recreation usage only and may be used in the park's brochures, pamphlets, flyers or on the website.

Shelters may be reserved in Donner Park or Mill Race Park. Please stop in or call Donner Center at (812) 376-2680 to reserve. Payment due at time of reservation. All shelters are subject to 7% sales tax. Shelters available for rental:

Mill Race Amphitheater is also available for rental for events, concerts, etc. Please call 376-2680 for information.

1. Go to www.columbusparksandrec.com
2. Click "Register Online Here".
3. This link will take you to a webpage that connects you to WebTrac, our online registration system. It will ask for your Household Number/User Name and password. You can obtain this information by e-mailing parks@columbus.in.gov or by calling (812) 376-2680.
4. Once you enter your info, you will be asked two security questions. These are required fields, so complete this.
5. Once you have answered the security questions, you will come to a page that asks what you would like to do next:
   • Search/Inquire (an activity/listing)
     • Shop (activity/enrollment)
     • My Account (shopping history, receipt reprint, balances, change user name or password, change household data).
     • Shopping Cart
     • Checkout
     • Sign Out
6. To search for a particular activity, use the "Search/Inquire" feature and enter the activity code from the Fun Guide. You can also search by Type if you would like to browse to see availability.

NOTE: NOT ALL CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION. Please refer the Fun Guide for registration deadlines and restrictions. On-line registration deadlines may differ from Fun Guide.

7. Select the activity to register.
8. After selecting your activity, a new window will open asking you to select the family member to enroll & how you found out about the class. Use the drop down menus to make your selection. Click the "Add to Cart" to register for the class.
9. A window will pop up asking you to hit OK if you wish to register for another class or Cancel to see your shopping cart.
10. Once you view your cart, select "Proceed to Checkout" to enter your credit card info.
11. Once you enter all required card and household info, click "go" to register and generate a receipt.
12. Print your receipt and enjoy your class.
