The provisions of this chapter are intended as being supplemental to, and not in replacement of, the provisions of Indiana Code, 5-16-9-1 et seq. Should a conflict be found to exist, the provisions of Indiana Code, 5-16-9-1 shall be deemed as controlling. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the enforcement of the provisions of Indiana Code, 5-16-9-1 et seq. as therein provided. (Ord. 89-78 § 5, 1989)
