On each street, odd numbers shall be assigned on the south side and even numbers on the north side of streets running east and west; odd numbers on the east side and even numbers on the west side of streets running north and south. Streets at a forty-five degree angle or less from the north-south longitudinal line will be numbered as north and south streets. Streets more than forty-five degrees from the north-south longitudinal line will be numbered as east and west streets. (Prior code § 27-8)
