A.    For purposes of Sections 12.32.080 through 12.32.110, the term "motorized vehicle" includes, but is not limited to, automobiles, trucks, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, motorbikes, go-carts, off-road vehicles and mopeds.

    B.    For purposes of said sections, the term "motorized vehicle" shall not include golf carts; provided, that the same are operated in a safe and responsible manner on golf course property and with the knowledge an consent of the golf pro, assistant pro or other person duly authorized to give such consent.
