It is unlawful for any person, except duly authorized law enforcement, fire, paramedic and emergency medical personnel and park department and supervisory and maintenance personnel acting within the scope of their official duties, to operate a motorized vehicle upon the premises of the area known and referred to as the People Trails of the city.
