It is unlawful for any person, except duly authorized law enforcement, fire, paramedic and emergency medical personnel and park department supervisory and maintenance personnel acting within the scope of their official duties, to operate a motorized vehicle upon the premises of land in all areas, other than officially designated roadways, of parks, playgrounds, cemeteries, golf courses and recreational areas of the city.
