All concrete used shall be first-class portland standard brand bearing a good reputation. It shall meet the requirements of the Standard Specifications of Portland Cement adopted by the American Society for Testing Materials. All concrete to be delivered on the work in approved original packages shall bear the name, brand or stamp of the manufacturer and shall be thoroughly protected from the weather until used. A sack of portland concrete, ninety-four pounds net, shall be considered as one cubic foot in volume. (Prior code § 27-44)
