Contractors using water supplied by the municipal water utility for construction purposes must make application therefor for each separate job or work, and must have a meter installed by the municipal water utility to determine the amount of water used. Customers requesting a temporary meter service shall be charged an installation fee, the same as provided in Sections 13.12.020 and 13.12.030. Water service charges for water furnished through a temporary service connection shall be at the established rates for other customers. (Prior code § 33-20)
