Definitions listed in Section 13.16.010 shall apply to this chapter, and shall include the following:

    "Normal domestic sewage" (for the purpose of determining surcharges) means wastewater or sewage having an average daily concentration as follows:

        BOD not more than 344 mg/l

        S.S. not more than 248 mg/l

        Phosphorus not more than 11 mg/l

        NH3-N not more than 27 mg/l

        Freon trichloroerifluorethane soluble matter (oil and grease) not more than 100 mg/l

    As defined by origin, wastewaters from segregated domestic and/or sanitary conveniences as distinct from wastes from industrial processes. (Prior code § 26-96)
