A.    The proceeding of a hearing, including the findings and decision of the board of public works and safety shall be summarized, reduced to writing and entered as a matter of public record in the office of such board. Such record shall also include a copy of every notice, the petition for a hearing, the statement of finding of facts and all decisions and orders issued in connection with the matter. Any person aggrieved by the decision of such Board may seek relief therefrom in any court of competent jurisdiction as provided by the laws of the state.

    B.    Proceedings involving unsafe buildings or premises shall be governed by Indiana Code 36-7-9-7 et seq. (Prior code § 11-6)
