Anything not specifically addressed in Section 15.36.280, shall be governed by Indiana Code, 16-1-25-1 through Indiana Code,  16-1-25-14 entitled "Dwellings Unfit for Human Habitation," which is incorporated by reference. (Prior code § 11-47)
