A.    Primary approval shall be valid for one hundred twenty days. Unless the plat meets all the requirements for and receives secondary approval within that time, the approval shall be null and void.

    B.    The subdivider shall record the plat within one year of secondary approval. If the plat is not recorded within one year, the approval shall become null and void. (Ord. 99-24 § 3 (part), 1999: Ord. 89-60 § 3 (part), 1989: prior code § 28-14)
