A.    Preconstruction. Prior to beginning any work within the subdivision, the person or persons designated in the subdivision improvement agreement to be responsible for the installation of improvements shall meet on the site with representatives of the city as specified in said agreement.

    B.    Construction. The city representatives designated in the subdivision improvement agreement shall inspect and require that the installation of all improvements take place in accordance with plans approved by the commission. The city representatives shall have authority as specified in the subdivision improvement agreement over the schedule of construction, materials used, methods of construction, and workmanship to ensure compliance with the approved plans and terms of the agreement.
