2.06.030 Membership in organizations—Expenses to attend meetings.
A. The common council, is further authorized
to budget and appropriate funds to pay the
expenses of duly authorized representtives of the city, to attend the meetings and functions of
organizations to which the municipality belongs.
B. The budgeting and appropriation of
such funds by the common council shall constitute full
authority for membership in such associations as may be therein contained. (Prior code §§
