The statutory boards and commissions of the city shall include the following:

    A.    There shall be a police pension board of trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by Indiana Code, 36-8-6 (1925 Fund) and Indiana Code, 36-8-8 (1977 Fund), concerning the statutory pensions of city police.

    B.    There shall be a firefighters' pension board of trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by Indiana Code 36-8-7 (1937 Fund) and Indiana Code 36-8-8 (1977 Fund), concerning the statutory pensions of city firefighters.

    C.    There shall be a commons board to perform certain duties prescribed by Indiana Code, 36-10-2.

    D.    There shall be an Otter Creek golf course board to perform all duties necessary to manage and operate the Otter Creek Golf Course.

    E.    There shall be a human rights commission to perform certain duties prescribed by Indiana Code, 22-9-1 et seq., and Chapters 9.24 and 9.28.

    F.    There shall be an economic development commission organized under Indiana Code, 36-7-12.

    G.    There shall be a housing authority to perform certain duties prescribed by Indiana Code, 36-7-18 et seq. (Ord. 92-41, 1992; prior code § 2-53)
