2.66.020 Membership.
    A.    The city hall facilities committee shall consist of six members as follows:
    1.    Mayor or his or her designee;
    2.    Two members of the common council;
    3.    One citizen member appointed by the mayor;
    4.    One citizen member appointed by the common council;
    5.    The superintendent of building and grounds who will serve as an ex officio member.
    B.    The two citizen members shall serve for four-year terms with the first appointment to be one appointment for a four-year term and one appointment for a two-year term. The elected members appointed shall serve until replaced.
    C.    All initial appointments to the city hall facilities committee shall be made within fifteen days after the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section. (Prior code § 2-55)
