A.    The city hall facilities committee shall meet within fifteen days following the appointment of all of its members for the purposes of organizing and electing a chairman from among its members. Thereafter, the committee shall meet during the month of January of each year. The chairman shall serve until a successor shall have been selected.

    B.    The members of the committee shall serve without compensation. Such members may, however, be reimbursed for approved out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. (Prior code § 2-56)
