A.    The personnel policies commonly referred to as Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 5, 1987, which are on file in the office of the clerk-treasurer are incorporated by reference and are accepted and approved by the common council. The personnel policies are open for public inspection during regular business hours.

    B.    Said personnel policies shall be followed by all city departments and employees except these specifically exempted therein.

    C.    Said personnel policies shall remain in full force and effect until changed by amending ordinance of the common council.

    D.    All personnel policies and rules and regulations in conflict with the personnel policies adopted herein are repealed. (Prior code § 21-3)
