For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Title 11, Section 218 of the Federal Social Security Acts and Amendments thereof, the agreement entered into between the state with the approval of the governor and the Social Security Administrator is made a part of this chapter and shall constitute an integral part of the federal agreement between this political subdivision and the state agency and shall become a part of the agreement or modification of the agreement between the state and the Social Security Administrator. The common council explicitly agrees that it wilfully perform the obligation of a political subdivision under federal-state agreement. (Amended during 1994 codification; prior code § 21-17)
