Upon referral of such applicant request from the mayor, the incentive review committee of the common council shall hold a meeting with the applicant to review the request for the designation of an economic revitalization area and/or to review the request for approval of the statement of benefits form as required by Indiana Code, 6-1.1—12.1-1 et seq. The committee shall report to the common council at the next scheduled council meeting the results of its review. (Ord. 92-7 § 2, 1992)
