All other provisions of a certain resolution titled "Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Columbus Declaring Certain Portions of the City of Columbus, Indiana, to be Within an Economic Revitalization Area Pursuant to Indiana Code, 6-1.1—12.1-1 et seq." passed by the common council on the eighteenth day of December, 1984, and adopted by the common council after public hearing on the fifteenth day of January 1985, and all amendments thereto, shall remain in full force and effect unless specifically amended.
