A.    There is created and established in the department of parks and recreation of the city a special, nonreverting capital fund for the purposes of acquiring park lands for the city or making specific capital improvements in and on park grounds owned by the city.

    B.    Restricted Use. Any and all money placed in the park nonreverting capital fund shall not be withdrawn except for the purposes stated in subsection A of this section for which such nonreverting fund was created. (Prior code §§ 7-20, 7-21)
