A.    The Columbus telecommunications nonreverting fund is established.

    B.    The Columbus city clerk-treasurer shall receive, invest and reinvest cable television franchise fees received under any franchise agreement (the fund).

    C.    Funds held by the Columbus city clerk-treasurer in the fund now called the Bartholomew-Columbus telecommunications nonreverting fund shall be transferred to the Columbus telecommunications nonreverting fund.

    D.    The uses for the fund shall be designated by subsequent ordinance or resolution. (Ord. 98-27, 1998)
