A.    There is created a fund known as the storm sewer nonreverting fund for the purpose of maintaining existing storm sewers and construction of separate storm sewer facilities in the city.

    B.    The storm sewer nonreverting fund shall not revert to the general fund from time to time, but rather shall be nonreverting and continuing in full force and effect until further order of the common council.

    C.    The board of public works and safety shall be vested with responsibility and discretion of making expenditures from this fund in accordance with state law and the purposes herein set forth. (Prior code § 7-38)
