A.    A special capital fund dedicated to the asphalt resurfacing of existing runways at Bakalar Municipal Airport shall be established.

    B.    The city shall deposit an amount of funds in such account equal to the amount of funds deposited by the aviation commission during each fiscal year of the city, up to a maximum of twenty thousand dollars. (Prior code § 7-43)
