The fee for a license to operate as an electrician or any electrical business or as an independent electrical contractor within the city shall be fifty dollars for the first license issued to such applicant and twenty-five dollars for each annual renewal of such license and each additional person engaged in electrical work by the licensee an additional fee of ten dollars for the first license issued such applicant and ten dollars for each annual renewal of such license.
