The licenses provided for in this chapter shall be issued by the chief code enforcement officer pursuant to the order of the Bartholomew County board of electrician examiners. All fees for licenses shall be deposited in and become a part of the Bartholomew County general fund. The money shall be divided equally between the Bartholomew County general fund and the city general fund. The city shall receive its share on a semi-annual basis from the county auditor.
