5.08.060 License suspension and appeals.
The chief code enforcement officer is authorized to suspend
the license of any electrician issued
under this chapter for a period of not more than thirty days for a violation of this chapter, and a
person whose license has been suspended may appeal such suspension to the Bartholomew County
board of commissioners by filing therewith a written request for a hearing within ten days of the
chief code enforcement officer's action. Such board shall have the power to reverse or affirm the
decision appealed from or to permanently revoke such license. (Prior code § 6-15)
