In the event of an applicant failing to pass an examination for an electrician's license, he may after three months from the filing date of his prior application file another application and therein apply for another examination and take such further examination as the Bartholomew County board of electrician examiners may deem necessary concerning his ability, experience, training and fitness for such line of work.
