A.    Licenses for dogs and cats shall be for one year from the last day of the month of issuance.

    B.    Licenses for dogs and cats may be purchased for the lifetime of the animal provided that the owner upon request submit to the animal control center an annual certification of rabies vaccination. (Prior code § 4-13)
