A.    The storage of flammable liquids in outside, above-ground tanks is prohibited in the critical fire district as defined in Section 8.12.020.

    B.    New bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited in the critical fire district as defined in Section 8.12.020. (Prior code § 8-12)
