The Redevelopment Commission met in an executive meeting Monday, November 1, 2010 at 12:00 p.m., at 123 Washington St. in the Legal Library, chaired by Tom Vujovich. Other commission members present were: George Van Horn, Matt Souza, and Jim Lienhoop. Also present were: Ed Curtin, Director and Terry Coriden, Attorney.
Matters discussed during the executive meeting were those matters previously advertised in the public notice. The board hereby certifies that no decisions were made and that only matters as advertised were discussed.

2) Approval of Minutes
a. October 19, 2010—Motion to approve the minutes as submitted was made by Matt Souza and seconded by George Van Horn. Minutes were approved unanimously.
3) Riverfront License Request—This is for Smith’s Row located at 418 4th Street. They meet all the requirements set forth by the City of Columbus. There are no licenses available and will need to go back to city council to request more riverfront licenses. The motion to approve the riverfront license when another license comes available was made by George Van Horn and seconded by Matt Souza. Motion was approved unanimously.

6) Staff Report—We are continuing with progress on the Commons. The Cole is still scheduled to start construction this year. The bids for the Outdoor Sports Complex are under review. The feasibility study for the Indoor Sports Complex is still underway. There will be a public meeting for 4th Street within the next couple weeks. The restaurants in Jackson Street Parking Garage are doing well. The security cameras are almost complete with in the garages.
