Columbus, IN – The city of Columbus is excited to announce the appointment of Matthew Dudukovich as the new Director of Transportation. Bringing with him nearly 30 years of experience in human resources within Fortune 500 companies, Matthew is poised to drive innovation and excellence in our transportation division.

Matthew Dudukovich’s career is marked by a commitment to leadership development and a passion for coaching, training, and facilitation. His experience spans across various key sectors including operations, manufacturing, engineering, sales/marketing, and customer service. This diverse background equips him with a unique perspective and the ability to build effective teams, mentor HR professionals, and create strategic business partnerships. His expertise in employee relations, change management, organizational development, and compliance with employment law will be instrumental in aligning our transportation programs with broader goals.

As our new Director of Transportation, Matthew will lead initiatives to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
