Include the assigned Stormwater Application Number on the check or with the online payment. Failure to include the assigned number will delay the application processing.

Review will not begin until ALL applicable items on the Stormwater Submittal Packet Checklist are received by Lisa Christie. Email is the preferred method. (10 Mb file size limit)
