Stewart Bridge, formerly the Second Street Bridge, is a cable-stayed bridge, designed by J. Muller International and completed in 1999. \u00a0The bridge is fully suspended and the 40 cables that support the structure are in the shape of a fan. \u00a0In 2012, City Engineer Dave Hayward, worked with two Indianapolis companies to bring colored lighting to the bridge for both visitors and citizens to enjoy. \u00a0 In 2013, then Governor Mike Pence declared the bridge be named Robert N. Stewart Bridge, in recognition of the former three term mayor of Columbus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Robert N.
