Requests must be received no later than end of business day Thursday, the week prior to the Tuesday Board of Public Works and Safety meeting.<\/p>\n<p>2.&nbsp;Requests are reviewed&nbsp;(approved\/denied\/modified)&nbsp;weekly on Tuesdays&nbsp;at the 10:00 AM Board of Public Works and Safety meetings.&nbsp; In the event of&nbsp;holidays\/elections, <a href=\"\/calendar\/\">refer to the City calendar.<br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. For standard Requests for Special Use of Right of Way, complete this application.<\/p>\n<p>4<strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp; An attachment is required in order to submit the request.
