The Columbus Fire Department recently hired 3 firefighters to fill open positions created from retirements. We welcome Brandon Bartholomew, Casey Taylor and Kyle Whipker to our department. All three men participated in a department familiarization program where they reviewed department procedure as well as the states Firefighter I&II training curriculum. All three firefighters have received their station and shift assignments are released to function as a sworn firefighter.<\/p>\n
