The Policy Board, Technical Committee, and Citizens Advisory Committee meet at least once a quarter, in February, May, August, and November. Meeting materials will be posted here 10 days prior to each meeting. Special Meetings will be called as needed and meeting materials will be posted here at least 48 hours before the meeting.
