Technical Committee

The Technical Committee (TC) is a working group of transportation specialists in the Columbus Metropolitan Planning Area, and representatives of partner agencies. The TC is responsible for analyzing and reviewing projects, reports, and issues with the purpose of making recommendations to the Policy Board. The TC is advisory in nature, not a decision making body.

The Technical Committee consists of the following members:

  • Danny Hollander, Bartholomew County Engineer (Vice-chair)
  • Mark Jones, Columbus Parks & Recreation Director
  • Jeff Lucas, Bartholomew County GIS Coordinator
  • Brian Payne, Columbus Regional Airport Director
  • Scott Dompke, Columbus City Utilities Director
  • Jon Rohde, Columbus Chief of Police
  • Cindy Setser, ColumBUS Transit Coordinator
  • Jim Ude, INDOT Seymour District Planner
  • Patty Lewis, Bartholomew County School Corporation Transportation
  • Brian Jones, Project Manager, INDOT Office of Transit, Project Manager

  • Michelle Allen, FHWA Planner/Environmental Specialist (non-voting)
