Columbus Police Department is starting a new workout program open to the public! These one hour workout sessions are open to the public, and are geared toward a police academy style workout with a focus on meeting police agility standards. Columbus Police Officers will be at the Central Middle School Track, 725 7th Street, every Sunday at Noon.
Whether you’re interested in becoming a police officer, looking to get in shape, or just want to exercise with CPD officers, stop by and see us. There’s no cost, but participants will be asked to sign a waiver. 18 and over is preferred.
Things to bring:
- Plenty of water
- Workout attire (no cut-off shirts, please)
- Yoga mat (optional)
