\"\"2026 courses will be held on April 1st & 8th and
September 2nd & 9th<\/span><\/h2>\n

The two-day class will be held at the Evolution Training Center, 2670 Verhulst Street<\/a> (East of Middle Road) near the Columbus Municipal Airport. Classes will be from 6 to 9 pm each day. Cost is $25 per student.<\/p>\n

The course is geared toward adult women. However, students that are 16 and 17 years old can be accepted if a parent is attending, as well. <\/p>\n

Attire for attendees is gym style clothing and NO jewelry.<\/p>\n

The session will start with a basic self defense and awareness PowerPoint followed by some Self Defense basics.<\/p>\n

Each week, we will progress through striking, kicking, some basic escapes and human targeting.<\/p>\n

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 10 business days of the class. As the classes fill up, please ensure you can attend the class for which you are registered. Switching dates may not be an option.<\/p>\n
