All 2026 classes are now full. We will post 2027 class dates toward the beginning of the year. <\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our 2026 Courses will be held on June 5th, 26th, and July 10 from 10 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The course is open to any teen driver (15 to 19 years old) that has a valid Driver\u2019s License or Learner’s Permit.<\/h3>\n

The course is a one-day program that includes classroom instruction and hands-on driving at a closed driving track. Some every day driving experience is preferred, as this course is intended to teach advanced driving maneuvers. Students will be taught vehicle dynamics and safety tips as well as legal aspects of driving in the classroom. At the track, students will learn how to make safe panic stops, safe evasive steering maneuvers, and off-road recoveries. Students will practice their backing skills and parallel parking skills.<\/p>\n

The class begins at 10:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm at the Columbus Police Department. Cars for the course are provided by CPD. Transportation to the track is provided.<\/p>\n

Lunch is also provided.<\/p>\n

Cost for the class is $25, which must be submitted with the application to reserve a spot.<\/strong> Limited scholarships are available if needed.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations within 10 business days of the class. As the classes fill up quickly, please ensure students can attend the class for which they are registered. Switching dates may not be an option.<\/p>\n
