The City of Columbus offers two dental plans: High and Low. Each plan covers 100% of the cost of cleanings once every 6 months, Fluoride treatments for dependents under age 19, Oral Exams, Sealants, and X-rays once a year. From there, the benefit amounts change based on the level of care.
The Dental High option covers orthodontia for minors with a lifetime benefit of $1,000.
