The City of Columbus offers a choice of two vision plans: VSP and Davis Vision. Each plan offers coverage for comprehensive eye exams as well as glasses/contact lenses.
Both plans have a $10 copay for exams and provide specified dollar amounts or discounts for the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
