APPLICATION FAQ’s

The Main Email Contact will receive an EMAIL with the subject “Application Saved – Pending Payment Verification.”

Attached to this email is the Signature document.

  • Verify and Complete Signature Page
  • Pay Application Fee
  • Use the link in the email to enter your application and upload the Signature Page and the Receipt for Application Fee. Make sure to hit submit at bottom of page after completed uploading documents

REVIEW WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE SIGNATURE PAGE AND APPLICATION FEE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

  • Correspondence will be by email to the Email Contact entered in the online application.
    • Only the Main Email Contact will receive the initial EMAIL with the subject “Application Saved – Pending Payment Verification.” Attached to this email is the Signature document.
  • EMAILS are from: MS4Front.
    •   The Email Contact should check their Junk and Spam Folders.
  • It may take up to 20 minutes to receive an email after submission.

Unfortunately, this amount will not be automatically generated, and you will need to enter it in the “Payment Amount” field. There will be a fee amount that appears just to the right of the Payment Amount Field, and then the Total Amount to the right of that. This is because there is a processing fee. The amount that will be charged to your card is the Total Amount.

You will enter $400.00 in the Payment Amount Field.

The Email Contact will receive emails from MS4 Front.

Check your Junk and Spam Folders.

  • Application Saved – Pending Payment Verification (Only the Main Email Contact will receive this email)
  • Received
    • The system has received the submittal. A staff member has not received and it is not in review.
  • Incomplete
    • A staff member has reviewed for completeness and determined it to be incomplete.
  • Complete and Under Review
    • A staff member has reviewed for completeness and determined it to be complete. It will then be reviewed for compliance with City of Columbus stormwater regulations. It has been added to the review queue.
    • Comments back to you will normally be within 14 business days. The Email Contact will receive an email (Deficient, Conditional Approval, Additional Documents Required Before Issuance, or Approved) that includes a review report and next steps.
  • Resubmittal Received
    • The system has received the resubmittal. A staff member has not received it, and it is not in review.
  • Under Review after Resubmittal
    • A staff member has reviewed for completeness and it will then be reviewed for compliance with City of Columbus stormwater regulations. It has been added to the review queue.
    • Comments back to you will normally be within 14 business days. The Email Contact will receive an email (Deficient, Conditional Approval, Additional Documents Required Before Issuance, or Approved) that includes a review report and next steps.
