The office of downtown development has launched an events promotion program via text notification. When community members sign up to receive the notifications, they are sent one text weekly that provides a summary of upcoming weekend events and entertainment opportunities in downtown Columbus.

The text program offers a quick, convenient way for participants to learn about the great events and entertainment happening in downtown. Some examples of the types of information shared include free concerts, Farmers Market reminders, and special events.
