City of Columbus Title VI Implementation Plan and Complaint Form

This plan is part of a continual and ongoing effort to proactively meet and exceed the compliance requirements established under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the related anti-discrimination laws, regulations, and executive orders. This plan is updated periodically, specifically when warranted by changes in federal laws and regulations.  This plan includes Columbus’ Nondiscrimination Policy, Title VI Coordinator, Assurances, Limited English Proficiency Policy, Complaint Policy and Procedure, Compliant Form, Voluntary Public Involvement Survey, and Accomplishments & Goals Report.
