Recycling is an ongoing program and there is no deadline to sign up.
The Columbus Recycles program provided by the City of Columbus Sanitation Department offers the opportunity to have convenient curbside recycling, for City residence with our trash services. Recyclables will be collected on the same day as your trash collection, every other week.
After signing up for the program, a FREE 96 gallon recycling toter will be delivered to residents’ homes. A 64 gal or a 48 gal is available for one-time $30 fee on your utility bill.
Residents will have no additional user fees and no need to sort your recyclables. It will also enable residents to recycle additional plastics materials currently not accepted in Columbus.
Please give us a call at 812-376-2509 to receive your Recycle Toter today!
