Frequency:
The Policy Board meets quarterly, typically in February, May, September, and November. In addition, special meetings may be called as needed.

Policy Board Meeting Dates and Materials:

Meeting materials will be posted here approximately one week prior to the meeting. In some instances, the Policy Board is permitted to approve emergency amendments to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) or the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) without holding a public meeting. Emergency amendments are shared with the public at the next meeting.
