To Submit a Letter or other Materials: You are welcome to provide a letter or other written material for the board / commission. All materials should be provided to the Planning Department staff by 5:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting. The staff will make any needed paper copies, distribute any electronic documents, etc. Materials provided the day of or at the meeting may not be available to all board / commission members.
To Attend In-Person: You are welcome to attend the meeting in person. Please note the time and location of the meeting with the materials below or in the notice letter you received from the Planning Department.
To Participate by Video Conference: You are welcome to participate in the meeting by video conference (via Webex). The link is posted on this webpage approximately 2 days before each meeting. Select the appropriate meeting below for the link, meeting agenda, and other materials. Please call the Planning Department at 812.376.2550 prior to or during the meeting for further instructions or if you experience any issues joining the meeting. Please note that your microphone will be muted when you enter the meeting; further instructions will be provided during the meeting.
